The book is a twelve week program that can be easily applied and modified to suit anyone's workout needs. Kyle Hunt's Bodybuilding for Beginners is an excellent book for those interested in applying bodybuilding to their lives. The discussions on gluten, non gluten, non dairy, dairy, processed, spices, etc are a great help. I loved how she took it to a personal level and even let the reader know what is in her kitchen. I really enjoyed the 12 week program that she planned out in this book including things to eat, not eat, workouts to do. This is a wonderful, well explained and planned out book that can help anyone. I am now on my own and although I know how to train and work out I still truly enjoyed this book. I have been training for the last 11 months in the gym with a trainer.
